We keep our groups small to make the experience more fun and engaging, while supporting small farmers and family run producers in the area.

The tour starts around 7:00 AM, as Parmigiano Reggiano is made early in the morning. We’ll stop for breakfast along the way before reaching the dairy, where you’ll get to see every stage of the production process.

We work with certified tour leaders, and each stop includes tastings of local products, all food and wine are included.
