What awaits you, departing from the Tournavelle site:

• Start with a short walk in the shade (15 minutes) equipped with your navigation bag.
• Board in a quiet area, take some time to get to know your boat and familiarise yourself with the use of the paddle.
• Once you're confident, follow the guide and set off to explore.
• Take advantage of the quiet areas to observe the wildlife and flora away from the crowds.
• Have fun challenging the rapids along the route and improve your crossing technique.
