Your guide will take you off the beaten track—no tourist traps here. Instead, we’ll visit long-loved eateries frequented by Osakans: from crispy kushikatsu skewers and handmade gyoza to melt-in-your-mouth local sushi and old-school izakayas with decades of history. You’ll discover how Osaka’s food culture reflects its working-class spirit and the post-war storey that shaped Shinsekai.
