Activity itinerary

As a founder of Feliz Yau Cooking Class started in 2018, I will share my family recipes with you step by step. Master the art of Xiao Long Bao—Shanghai-style soup dumplings—in this immersive cooking class. After meeting at Jordan MTR Station, join your host for a guided market walk to purchase fresh, organic pork. And show you how a local buy groceries in that market. At the kitchen café, you’ll learn each step of the process: making dough from scratch, preparing the filling, and wrapping the delicate soup dumplings. Detailed, easy-to-follow instructions ensure beginners can participate confidently. Every guest makes 10 handmade Xiao Long Bao, and all ingredients and equipment are provided. Vegetarian or morning/afternoon class options are available on request. Small-group format for a focused, hands-on experience. We also offer Combo Class of both Chinese Dumplings and Xiao long bao.
