What you can expect

  • Start your experience in the most authentic Salento in the garden of Casa Cavalera with an aperitif made with local products and produce from our garden.
    Knead water and flour and learn how to shape your orecchiette!
    After a little practice, everyone will be able to create magnificent orecchiette. You can take the ones you make home and enjoy them the next day.
    After the lesson, however, we will all enjoy a plate of them together with fresh tomato sauce and cacio ricotta!
