Next Stop: Where Land Meets Ocean and History Meets Reality... We’ll drive 20 minutes west towards the Pacific, arriving at the northwesternmost corner of Mexico — where the border fence stretches right into the ocean. Here, with the sound of waves in the background, we’ll dive into the complex history and evolution of the border itself. This powerful stop offers a deeper understanding of the region’s past, present, and the ongoing storey of the US-Mexico border.

Transpeninsular Highway (La Carretera Transpeninsular)

Coastal Drive to Ensenada – Baja’s Scenic Route... We’ll continue our journey south along the Pacific coastline with a beautiful 1-hour drive to Ensenada. This stretch of road offers some of the most stunning views in Baja — dramatic cliffs, deep blue ocean, and waves crashing against rocky shores.

Castillo del Diablo (Pass by)

The Devil’s Castle is located at kilometre 60 of the free highway Ensenada-Tijuana. The first thing you will notice when you see this house is a huge head with horns, inspired by Tony Wells, the creator of this interesting place, tribute to gothic architecture.

Stop at Mirador Salsipuedes – A View You Won’t Forget... On our way to La Bufadora, we’ll make a special stop at Mirador Salsipuedes, just before reaching Ensenada.
