Activity itinerary

First, you'll be greeted with traditional Nepali tea. Then, you'll get hands-on in the kitchen to cook a Nepali meal consisting of rice, lentils, vegetables, pickles, and chicken. You'll get to taste your meal afterwards. After a short 25-minute break, it's time to make MOMOs (dumplings) with either chicken, cheese, paneer, or veggies. You'll prepare the dough and ingredients, shape the dumplings, and steam them. Optionally, you can fry them for a different taste. Finally, you'll make MOMO pickles to go with your delicious MOMO, which you'll get to enjoy afterwards. Congratulations! Now you are a Nepali chef.
