We begin our journey at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the bay. Here, we’ll explore the significance of the Sierra Nevada recognizing this sanctuary as a haven of biodiversity and ancestral heritage.
We will continue with a Eco-Hike under a canopy of native trees to the pristine waters of Cascada Escondida. This natural pool offers a peaceful, nature-positive sanctuary for swimming and photography in total tranquility. Along the way, your local guide provides deep insights into the ecosystem and our regenerative efforts to protect it.
We continue to Finca Monte Cristo, a grassroots, family-run organic coffee farm that opens its doors exclusively to our guests. Here, you’ll witness a transparent bean-to-cup process and taste authentic, direct-trade Colombian coffee. Afterwards, enjoy a pro-local lunch at a traditional restaurant, paired with refreshing handmade lemonade.
The day concludes with an interactive, educational workshop. Learn about the medicinal properties of cacao, indulge in an organic cacao face mask, and create your own chocolate from scratch. This is more than a tour—it’s equitable access to Minca’s hidden treasures, crafted for conscious travellers who want to connect deeply with Colombia’s living heritage.
