Next, watch a live mozzarella-making demonstration led by Andrea, a local cheesemaker, who will guide you through each step of the process. After the demonstration, get hands-on and make your own fresh cheese from scratch. You’ll take your creation home with you as a tasty souvenir of the experience.

Finish the day with a cheese tasting in Martano, sampling artisanal cheeses made with fresh farm milk and paired with local wine—simple, seasonal flavours that reflect the authentic taste of Puglia.
