Description

Family Owned & Operated - Experience our personal Small Group tour to Milford Sound

Sit back and unwind surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of the Milford Sound. Take a luxury coach from Queenstown out to the Sound, where you board a posh cruise to experience the natural, breath-taking beauty of Milford up close.

Get picked up in Queenstown by luxury coach and begin the drive northwest to the Milford Sound. Our driver guide provides insightful and informative commentary as you roll past the beautiful, untouched landscapes of the New Zealand countryside in your comfortable vehicle. Along the way, stop in the quaint township of Te Anau, perched on the edge of Lake Te Anau, and enjoy views of the water and a light snack if you wish.

When you reach Milford Sound, transfer to a nature cruise. The boat takes you around the pristine fjord, giving you intimate views of sheer, 3,900-foot (1,200-metre) rock faces that rise dramatically from the calm water. Milford Sound is known for its incredible waterfalls, and your cruise brings you close enough to feel their spray. After visiting the point where the fjord meets the open sea, sail back to shore and conclude your tour with another scenic drive back to Queenstown.

Marcus was excellent The only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars was the goof up on pickup location ( had asked for hotel ) and that the bus was 40 mins late . Had a LONGGG wait at a bus stop

The cruise was comfortable - wasn’t crammed like a can of sardines. Unfortunately, the sky was dreary because of the rains but it was still a lovely experience. The bus driver kept up a fairly humorous commentary throughout the journey.
