If you love Roll sushi and tempura and want to make them in your own country, come to my cooking class！You will learn simple methods and techniques to make popular home-cooked roll sushi and tempura. In this class,we will make two types of roll sushi, Seafood roll and California roll. Sushi rolls are made with tuna, salmon, egg rolls and vegetables etc and rolled using a sushi mat. Tempura uses large prawns and several seasonal vegetables, especially lotus roots and sweet potatoes are popular. After enjoy lunch, I will serve you coffee jam of the dessert. This is a very popular dessert found only in Japan. Recommended for those who do not like coffee.
