Immerse yourself in the Langhe, among hills and vineyards recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with an authentic experience guided directly by the producer. The tour starts in the company's most representative vineyard: Vigna Manzotti, a “heroic vineyard” characterised by a steep slope, worked by hand and offering memorable views. Here you will learn about the history of the winery, its connection to the land and some unconventional projects that tell the storey of a personal way of making wine.
After the walk among the rows, you will move to the winery—their “hermitage”—where Simone will take you on a journey to discover how wines are made: from the care of the vineyard to the stages of vinification and ageing. As a family business with about 5.5 hectares, the winemakers follow the entire process from the vineyard to the bottle, with attention to detail and a practical approach based on daily work and informed choices.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 6 wines, with a focus on Nebbiolo and Moscato, also accompanied by different offerings. The glasses will be paired with a small board of local cured meats and cheese, designed as a quality snack (not as a full meal). The winery is also certified for environmental sustainability, a core value of their way of hosting and producing.
