Know before you book

  • Children 5 and younger are complimentary - Tickets must be selected for infants.
  • You must be able to climb and descend stairs and walk on unpaved or uneven terrain. This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Scheduled stops at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are 30 minutes each in length.
  • Early road closures will limit access to Moraine Lake until late May.
  • Late road closures will limit access to Moraine Lake from early October onwards.
  • Where seasonal road closures limit access to Moraine Lake, the tour will instead spend 1 hour at Lake Louise.
  • Default pickup location - Unless requested otherwise
