  • For Coaster Kart, ฺBumper Boat, Giant Swing, Slider, Twist Slider, participants must weigh between 25–85 kg and be 110–200 cm tall.
  • For Water Jump Boat, Backhoe & Timber Grab, participants must weigh between 25–80 kg and be 110–170 cm tall.
  • Playground access is limited to participants up to 18 years old.
  • On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
  • Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
  • Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.

Younger visitors can run, climb, and play freely in the Playground Zone.
