Activity itinerary

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with complimentary water and begin with a short guided tour of our shop featuring local Istrian products. After seating, you’ll be introduced to traditional “žgabucin” and the tasting experience begins. Enjoy a guided tasting of 3 Istrian wines paired with 1 type of prosciutto and 2 types of cured meats. Throughout the experience, your host will explain the characteristics, origin, and perfect pairings of each product. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and combines storytelling, tasting, and authentic local flavours.
