Next, we’ll step into the bustling Markthalle, a local market brimming with authentic Tyrolean produce. Here, we’ll sample a variety of regional specialities, including rich, creamy cheeses and other local delicacies. To complement these flavours, we’ll sip on a glass of fine wine, immersing ourselves in the true taste of the Tyrol area.

As we stroll through the historic, medieval streets of Innsbruck, we’ll make our way to a beloved local restaurant. This is where we’ll enjoy the main dish of our food tour. Whether it’s the hearty Spätzle (dumplings), the flavourful Gröstl (fried meat and potatoes), or the iconic Knödel (dumplings), each dish offers a perfect taste of authentic Innsbruck cuisine.
