Discover the fascinating starry sky – in a relaxed way and without previous experience.
Just a few minutes from Berlin, a guided stargazing experience awaits you in a quiet environment with less light pollution than in the city. This makes many special celestial objects visible.
In a small group, you will observe various celestial objects with a telescope and binoculars – depending on the season, for example:
- the moon with impressive details
- Planets like Saturn or Jupiter
- Star clusters, nebulae and distant galaxies
- Double stars and other exciting objects in the night sky
You will receive easy-to-understand explanations, without any complicated technical terms. The observation is also expressly aimed at beginners and anyone who wants to experience the night sky more consciously.
Particularly fascinating: Many of the objects you observe are incredibly far away. The light from some stars or galaxies travels for many years, sometimes even millions of years, before it reaches our eyes. When you look through the telescope, you therefore see the sky from a different perspective, not only spatially but also temporally – an exciting glimpse into the dimensions of our universe.
In addition to the observation itself, you will learn more about orientation in the night sky, constellations, planets, and the differences between stars, galaxies, and other celestial objects. Questions are always welcome, and the atmosphere is deliberately kept relaxed and personal.
Your comfort is taken care of:
Warm blankets, seating, and hot water for tea or coffee are provided. This way, you can enjoy stargazing comfortably even on cooler evenings.
Important to know:
The visibility of celestial objects depends on the weather, cloud cover, and season – so every observation is a little different. Not all objects are visible at all times.
The observation takes place in a small group so that there is enough time for questions, explanations, and joint observation. Ideal for beginners, curious adults, families, or anyone who wants to experience the night sky more consciously.
