What you can expect

  • Let's get our hands dirty.

Here in Grottaglie, you and your fellow travellers can learn about the art of ceramics right at the source, in a studio located inside an old underground olive oil mill nestled in the heart of the Ceramics District.

With step-by-step guidance, you will learn to shape clay on the potter's wheel, creating objects such as small vases, plates, or bowls with your own hands. No experience is required: we will guide you through every step, from an introduction to the materials to making your first creation.

This experience is more than just a workshop: it's a journey into the traditional Apulian craftsmanship, allowing you to connect with an ancient practice in a warm and inspiring setting, through a unique experience that few travellers have the opportunity to enjoy.
