In this tasting you will go on a sensorial journey to discover a selected range of red wines from the Valpolicella Classica, starting with the light notes of the Rosso Veronese IGT, passing through the more structured Valpolicella Superiore and Amarone wines. To conclude, you will taste a special version of Recioto with low sugar content and hints of wild berries, almonds and sour cherries in alcohol.
Before the tasting, you will visit the vineyards, the cellar and the tavern, where you will discover the processing and cultivation methods, the passion and attention to nature that characterise this company. The tasting is accompanied by tasty cold cuts and local cheeses.
