Included in the tour, visitors will have access to the Rock Complex of San Giorgio al Paradiso, an extraordinary underground journey through the history of the stones

the Rock Complex of San Giorgio al Paradiso winds through one of the most exclusive routes of the Sasso Barisano. A unique and hidden place where it is possible to read the visual narration of the adaptations undergone in the millenary eras of the Rock civilisation: from an ancient cave, shared by men and animals, the site is ennobled into a church and then became an oil mill; finally during the 17th century it was transformed into a cellar for the production and conservation of wine. The presence of the magnificent statue of San Giorgio, an ancient sculpture of rare workmanship.
