Explore the Litchfield in a 5-star customer service in Italian, French, English, Spanish.
Our VIP Backpacker tour offers special prices for young people, in order to keep a vibrant and energetic group all along the day.
You will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful waterholes and waterfalls of the Litchfield.
It is a very energetic tour, plenty of hikes, swims and full immersion in our tropical forest and savannah woodland.
We are going to be in a micro group, max 6 people. Driving a very comfortable 4wd car.
You are going to get very detailed commentary about the flora and fauna of the Top End, plus a lot of informations abut the local indigenous culture.
We are going to stop to buy breakfast and Lunch (not provided in the tour). We are going to do regular toilet stops as well.
Usually, you would need to bring your swimmers, because you are going to enjoy our beautiful waterholes, in the wet and in the dry season.

There are 2 swimming locations that form part of the upper and lower Cascade walk in Litchfield National Park. Visitors enjoy Upper Cascades for its shallow rock pools, often referred to as a natural spa. It is a difficult 4/5 degree hike up the hill!
Wangi Falls

Wangi Falls is one of the most iconic and popular attractions in Litchfield National Park, located in the Northern Territory of Australia. Wangi Falls is situated in the northern part of Litchfield National Park, accessible by a well-maintained road. The falls are set amidst lush tropical rainforest, providing a picturesque and serene environment. Wangi Falls is a two-tiered waterfall with a large plunge pool at the base. The waterfall is particularly impressive during the wet season when water flow is more abundant. Swimming: The plunge pool at the base of Wangi Falls is a popular spot for swimming. The pool is deep and offers a refreshing break, especially in the warmer months.
Tjaetaba Falls

GREENANT WATERFALLS The Greenant Creek Walk is a moderate return walk in Litchfield National Park with the rewarding swim in the Tjaetaba Falls plunge pool. Starting at the bridge across Greenant Creek, this shady 2.7km walk follows the creek upstream then climbs steeply to Tjaetaba Falls Lookout. The walk is graded as moderate, but has some steep inclines, so allow about 1.5 hours to complete it. The creeks and springs around this region have a constant supply of water, and therefore an abundance of remarkable flora and fauna. Along the walk you can see tall Carpentaria palms, fig trees and weeping paperbark trees, and along the forest floor you can spot geckos, lizards and frogs. Visit early in the morning or at dusk, and you may spot the mob of Common Wallaroos that live in the area as they pop in for a drink. Once you reach the top, catch your breath at the lookout at Tjaetaba Falls plunge pool and admire this Aboriginal sacred site and the creek below.
Tolmer Falls

It is a single-drop waterfall that cascades from an elevated plateau into a deep plunge pool below. The waterfall is surrounded by rugged sandstone cliffs, adding to the scenic beauty of the area. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Tolmer Falls from a designated viewing platform. The platform provides a safe and elevated vantage point for appreciating the waterfall and the surrounding landscape. The area around Tolmer Falls is known for its wildlife, including various bird species. Keep an eye out for native flora and fauna during your visit.
Florence Falls Waterhole

The waterfall descends from an elevation of 64 metres (210 ft) above sea level via a series of segmented tiers that range in height between 9.8–15 metres (32–49 ft)Accessed by sealed road, the falls are found near the northern boundary of the national park, approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of Darwin. A signpost at Florence Falls mentions two walks for hiking. The 'Shady Creek Walk' is graded easy with a distance of 1.2 kilometres (0.75 mi) return. The 'Florence Creek Walk' is also graded easy with a distance of 3.2 kilometres (2.0 mi) return. The Florence Falls plunge pool is listed as "great for a refreshing swim" besides the usual safety warnings.
