Activity itinerary

Tarapoto

  • 10h
At 7:00 a.m., we will begin the tour with hotel pickup, following an organised route based on the location of each hotel. We will first visit the Sandra and Michel Orchid Nursery, where we will learn about the different types and varieties of orchids found in the region. We will then continue to Makisapa – Coffee Route, where we will discover the coffee production process, from the raw beans to the final product. Next, we will visit Chacra Vieja to taste some of the region’s traditional drinks before continuing to Moyobamba, the capital of the San Martín region, where we will have time to take photos at its main square. We will then enjoy lunch at a local tourist restaurant surrounded by fish ponds and green areas.

Tarapoto

In the afternoon, we will visit the Tioyacu River spring, a beautiful natural setting known for its clear waters, followed by a visit to the San Mateo Hot Springs, where you can relax in naturally warm, mineral-rich waters ranging from 37°C to 43°C. After enjoying the hot springs, we will begin our return journey to Tarapoto, arriving at approximately 8:00 p.m.
