Everything will take place in my home (just 12 km from Palermo centre) immersed in the Conca D'Oro and overlooking the splendid city of Palermo. A relaxing place in the nature.
During the class we will prepare fresh tagliatelle with pesto from my garden (or the norma pasta) and typical Sicilian cannoli, starting everything with an aperitif with local street food.
I will show you the secrets and recipes handed down by my grandparents in their ancient bakeries and you will go back home with a big treasure!
For vegans or vegetarians we will surely find the best dishes!
