Next, you will visit the historic winery dating back to 1942, the true heart of production, where the initial fermentation still takes place today in the original concrete vats. Here, you will learn the secrets of the vinification and ageing of our Franciacorta wines, in a setting that combines tradition and innovation.
It is recommended that you bring an outer garment or a jacket for the tour, as the temperature in the cellar is cooler.
The tour concludes with a guided tasting of the three most representative wines from the Mirabella range:
