Our gathering point also serves as a forum for introductions and a lively discussion about our exciting itinerary. As we get to know each other, we will unravel the stories of the sites we are about to visit, each boasting its unique charm and historical significance. This pre-tour meet-up is designed to not only prepare us for the adventure but also to foster a sense of community. As we connect and learn together, we lay the foundation for an unforgettable e-bike journey.

Tacos de Birria: Our journey begins in the charming area of Roma Norte, where we'll stop at a popular street stand serving delectable birria tacos. Here, you'll savour the rich, slow-cooked meat, accompanied by a flavourful broth, and nestled in soft tortillas.

Quesadillas: The second stop is still in Roma Norte, but this time for quesadillas. These cheese-filled delicacies, crisped to perfection and oozing with flavour, are a true delight for the palate.

Tacos de Suadero: As we move towards the heart of Mexico City, we'll sample Tacos de Suadero. The tender, flavourful beef brisket, slow-cooked and served in warm tortillas, is a local favourite and a must-try.

Tacos Campechanos: Next, we try a fusion of flavours with Tacos Campechanos, a delightful mix of cecina (dried beef) and chorizo from Toluca. These robust tacos offer a burst of flavour with every bite.
