A perfect experience for lovers of traditional Sicilian culture and cuisine! (vegetarian food available on request). What will you do: • Learn how to prepare simple, fresh, local and seasonal dishes, with my family recipes. • Make two to three types of fresh pasta with meat, fish or vegetables, it's up to you. • Do you need a personalised menu? Let me know about any food intolerances (no gluten free). Let's go shopping together at the Ortigia market (extra 50 € per person). At the market what will you do: • Discover the typical fresh and preserved Sicilian products. • Enjoy small tastings, Teresa will shop for cooking class. • Get a selection of recipes that are easy to follow, and take home, learn the basics of our gastronomic tradition(The tour lasts one hour).
