We'll begin our tour from Pasto to the villages surrounding the majestic Galeras Volcano, enjoying Andean landscapes along the way. The first stop will be in Nariño, where you can taste typical products and learn about some of the local culture.
We'll continue our journey to La Florida, an area with a tradition of livestock and agriculture, famous for its dairy products and artisanal flavours. There we'll stop to enjoy typical products made by families in the region.
Third, we'll visit workshops in Sandona run by female artisans, who will share their techniques, stories, and traditional weaving processes. We'll also have our traditional lunch there.
The experience continues in Consacá, where green landscapes and crops line the road to the sugar mills. Here, you will learn about the artisanal process of transforming sugarcane and you will be able to taste the traditional melcocha from Nariño. Throughout the route, you will interact with local communities, discover authentic flavours, and enjoy a cultural experience around the Galeras Volcano.
