The trek offers trekkers views of the region's impressive mountains, which reach elevations of more than 8000 m. On this trek, you'll trek through three difficult passes, including Kongma La at an elevation of 5,535m, Cho La at a height of 5,420m, and Renjo La at an altitude of 5,360m.
The route passes through Sherpa communities, Buddhist monasteries, prayer wheels, Mani stones, high suspension bridges, and flags, where trekkers can explore Nangpa La Valley, Marlung village, known for its Sherpa communities, and the town of Thame.
The route also passes through Sagarmatha National Park, known for its unique flora and wildlife, including blue sheep, Tibetan snow cock, snow leopard, Himalayan Thar, red-horned pheasant, barking deer, blood pheasant, yak, musk deer, and many other unique and endangered animals.
The mountains include Ama Dablam, Pumori, Cholatse, Khumbutse, Khalanga, Nuptse, and Lhotse peaks. The most exciting and amazing part of the Everest Three High Passes trek is that you'll get to explore famous landmarks like Everest Base Camp, Kala Patthar, Gokyo Ri, and the stunning Gokyo Lake.
