We will show you the most beautiful parts of our region and visit the main filming locations (Gruberhof Farm, Mountain Doctor's practice, village square in Going, Wochenbrunner Alm) of the popular TV series “Der Bergdoktor” (The Mountain Doctor) in Ellmau, Söll, and Going, in some cases also including a short guided tour of the film sets. You can expect an exciting e-bike tour for beginners that will leave you with fond memories for your next TV adventure.

Our guided e-bike tour starts right in Ellmau at Schuh und Sport Günther, where we first test the bikes and then cycle leisurely towards Söll. On well-maintained paths, we will enjoy the stunning landscape of the Wilder Kaiser as we cycle towards the first highlight of the tour: the Gruberhof – the Mountain Doctor's famous residence. Situated high above the valley, this location not only offers a breathtaking view but also the chance to immerse yourself in the world of the series.

After a short break, we will head back to Ellmau, where we will visit the Mountain Doctor's practice – a must for any fan of the series.
The route will then take us on to Going. There, we will visit the picturesque village green. Among other things, the well-known inn and the pharmacy are located here.

To conclude the tour, we head to the idyllically situated Wochenbrunner Alm. Situated at an elevation of 3,543 feet (1,080 metres), it is not only the perfect spot for a leisurely stop with panoramic views, but also serves as the starting point for many mountain scenes in the series. Here, we will bring the tour to a relaxed conclusion before heading back to the starting point.

This tour can also be completed using your own e-bike, provided it has a motor rated at least 500 watts. If you choose to rent a bike from us, it will be available to you after the tour until 5:00 PM.
