What you can expect
On this tour, you will travel to the eastern part of the Algarve region. Do like the locals and pay a morning visit to the Olhão Market, where you’ll get to know the biggest fishing community in the Algarve and the fresh products sold here (fruits and regional products, meat, etc.).
Our next stop is the quaint town of Tavira, one of the most beautiful and picturesque in the whole Algarve. Its entire historical centre and traditional houses form a charming picture. Indulge in Mediterranean charm before the lunch in Santa Luzia, just a few minutes away from Tavira, where you will find some of the best cuisine in the region.
The last stop is Faro, the capital of the Algarve. Here you can choose between a walking tour or an afternoon boat trip. The walking tour explores the Old Town, the Cathedral, a secret hidden in the heart of the city (if you don’t opt by the boat tour). For those who decide to take the boat trip, will not be disappointed as well: 1-hour trip through the Ria Formosa, a set of islands arranged in a maze of channels separating the coast from the ocean, a true ecological treasure, protected as a Special Conservation Zone. Whatever your choice may be, it will surely be a great way to end this unforgettable tour.
