We will do a mindfulness activity together and then walk at a leisurely pace in search of emotions in nature. We will use not only our sight and hearing but also our sense of smell and touch. The goal is to connect emotionally with the natural environment, feeling within us the ecosystems and the conservation of a unique environment characterised by biodiversity, species, landscapes, history, and human experiences.
All you need is a willingness to “unplug for a bit.”
Clothing for outdoor activities.
Lightweight hiking boots or trainers.
Hat and drinking water.
If you don't want to sit on the grass or the ground, you may want to bring a mat or towel to lie down on.
