During this hands-on dessert-style candle-making workshop in Athens, travellers will create their own candle inspired by sweet treats, such as cakes, cookies, lattes, whipped desserts, or colourful dessert cups. First, they will choose the style, colours, scent, and decorative elements for their candle. Then, with step-by-step guidance, they will learn how to work with soya wax, build layers, pour safely, and create a realistic dessert look using wax “toppings.” They will personalise their candle with details such as whipped-style wax, sprinkles, cookie shapes, fruit-inspired decorations, dried flowers, or seasonal elements, depending on the available materials. While the candle cools and sets, travellers can relax in the studio, take photos, and enjoy the creative atmosphere of The Art Lab in Gazi. At the end of the workshop, each participant takes home their own handmade dessert-style candle as a unique souvenir from Athens.
