Overview

  • Born and raised in the beautiful city of Ioannina and with a background in traditional cooking passed down from her grandmother and mother, Giota is always ready to share her culinary love with her guests.

Her professional work is associated with food safety, and this commitment seamlessly aligns with her meticulous attention to ingredients, ensuring careful selection and collection for each dish she prepares.

She loves her hometown, as much as its cuisine, so cooking is not a task for Giota - it is a cherished ritual, a way to connect with the rich culinary heritage of her ancestors and create memorable experiences for those she welcomes into her home.
