In Sri Lanka, hoppers are thin, bowl-shaped pancakes named for the pan that gives them their form. Of course, these crispy basins cry out for some kind of filling. Just as the batter is starting to cook, chefs break a whole egg over it and cover the pan.

Enjoy freshly prepared Nan Roti served with your choice of seafood or chicken curry. The warm, soft roti pairs perfectly with the rich and flavourful curry, made using traditional Sri Lankan spices and coconut milk. The seafood curry is prepared with fresh local seafood, while the chicken curry is tender and aromatic, slow-cooked to bring out authentic local flavours. This delicious combination offers a true taste of Sri Lankan home-style cuisine.
