You will taste what Italians take home for their own table: warm focaccia, olives, prosciutto sliced to order, tender porchetta, creamy mozzarella di bufala, 24-month Parmigiano, all with a glass of local wine. Then we taste Italy's black gold: Giusti Banda Rossa from Modena, made since 1605 and aged 20 years in casks from the 1700s. Once reserved only as a family gift. We finish with a secret we never reveal online: our legendary gelato from 1949 with three drops of that aged balsamic. A combination 99% of visitors never try.
