On arrival you will enjoy a classic Italian antipasti then enjoy unlimited Prosecco throughout the class to set the mood.

During this 2-hour experience, let our expert pasta chefs guide you through the artisan techniques and timeless traditions of “pasta fatta a mano”—handmade pasta passed down through generations in Italy.

Learn to make either pasta bianca (flour and water pasta) or pasta all'uovo (egg and flour pasta), crafting a classic shape such as tagliatelle, malloreddus, orecchiette, or even filled pasta such as tortellini, depending on the chef's choice for the day.
At the end of the class you will sit down to eat your fresh pasta creation, served with a luxury Pasta Evangelists sauce to finish off your experience.

Everything you need will be provided, from ingredients to an apron and specialised pasta tools—just bring your enthusiasm and love for Italian cuisine.
