    Gole del Calore

    In my experience we will discover the natural and cultural beauties of the Cilento national park.
    Before the experience I will make an introduction of myself and the others, than I will do a breifing of the experience.
    We will discover the beauties of the Calore river park. So we do a loop hike along the river.
    The hike is 6 kms, duration 4 hours, difficulty E and dislivell 200m.
    I will also do a small introduction on the culinary specialities of the Cilento park, such as the aubergine, cilento lemon, limoncello and lemon slush.
