The tour starts in front of Tsukiji Honganji Buddhist Temple. The guide will show you around the Tsukiji Fish Market, the biggest market in Japan. Get ingredients for Bento box while walking the market. It is also possible to buy what you want during the tour.

After the fish market walking tour, move to the cooking studio located in Marunouch, near Tokyo station by taxi or shuttle bus.At the cooking studio, you will learn how to cook authentic Japanese “Teriyaki” sauce from scratch to flavour grilled chicken, and also how to make onigiri which is very fundamental lunch for Japanese people. For bento box, the colour coordinate is important so let’s add colour to your bento box with egg omelette and marinated vegetable. During this 1.5 hour lesson, you will learn home-made, traditional technique of Japanese cooking. Also taste five different Shochu, a popular distilled alcoholic drinks in japan. On sunny day, you can take the bento away and go on a picnic to any parks if you would like. If it’s on season, you can even enjoy cherry blossom viewing party!
