What you can expect

  • Day 1: Arrival & Inner Stillness

Welcome to the beginning of your purification journey. After settling into your serene surroundings, be guided through a calming meditation, allowing you to release travel stress and arrive fully in the present moment. In the evening, enjoy a nourishing dinner, followed by a cultural workshop that introduces you to the spiritual and artistic heritage of Bali — setting the tone for the sacred days ahead.

Day 2: Sacred Cleansing & Balinese Flavour

Begin your day with an energising Hatha yoga session in the fresh morning air, awakening your body and aligning your breath. After a healthy breakfast, embark on a profound purification tour to Santhipala waterfall. Here, guided by traditional Balinese practices, take part in a sacred water ceremony believed to cleanse the spirit and restore inner balance.

Upon return, dive into the island’s culinary traditions with a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare delicious Balinese dishes. Share your creations over a peaceful dinner, reflecting on the deep transformations of the day.

    Day 3: Grounding & Departure

Greet the final morning with a grounding Hatha yoga session, integrating the experiences of the past days and gently preparing your body and mind for reentry into daily life. After a wholesome breakfast, it’s time to check out, carrying with you a renewed sense of clarity, peace, and inner harmony.
