Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
Photo ID must be shown to match the the method of payment used to create the booking, which will be documented at check-in.
You must arrange your own transport to the departure point to arrive during check-in between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. No-Shows will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
The tour is WEATHER PERMITTING: If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified through email or text to reschedule. If rescheduling is not optimal a full refund will be initiated. The itinerary may change without notice to ensure the safety of all guests.
No outside food or drinks are allowed on the catamaran. Not even water bottles. Only baby formula and milk.
No smoking is allowed during our tour.
Please note: It is recommended your bring sun cream, a towel, a hat and sunglasses.
