We'll visit two destilerys in two differents towns (Mitla and Matatlan), where you identify two differents process to make mezcal. You'll learn the traditional and artisanal methods of mezcal production. You'll also discover the proper way to drink it through touch, smell, sight, and taste (we'll put your senses to the test!). We'll also take you to our agave fields so you can learn about the different types of agave that grow in our region.
