During your visit, see where balsamic vinegar and wine is made, from the pressing machines to the ageing room and the bottling machine. After the visit, relish a guided tasting of balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and 5 different organic wines paired with hot bruschetta, a selection of typical cheeses and salami, and homemade biscotti with the sweet wine.
