Step inside a real Antalya home and discover the warmth of Turkish cooking, one course at a time. In this hands-on class, prepare a complete, seasonal four-course meal with your host Fatma — a home cook who learned everything she knows from her grandmother.

Start the day with Turkish tea and introductions before heading into the kitchen. Together, make dishes like börek, stuffed grape leaves (sarma), seasonal salads, and a hearty main course that changes with the time of year. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, good stories, and a lot of laughter.

After cooking, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labour — and leave with more than just recipes. Fatma shares: “When we cook, we remember — where we come from, who taught us, and why food brings us together.” This isn’t just a meal. It’s a cultural conversation, hosted with heart.
