What you can expect

As a small group of up to 8 people, you'll visit two wine estates in the Touraine “appellation” area with your local expert guide. You'll have the chance to taste a variety of wines (minimum of 10) from the region.

After leaving Tours or Amboise, we'll proceed to our first vineyard. Your guide will take you on a tour of the estate, providing insights into the geography, terroir, and the art of wine making. You will then enjoy a wonderful tasting of local white, red and rosé wines from Touraine, made with many grape varieties (Chenin, Malbec, Cabernet, Gamay, Grolleau,…), paired with local charcuterie.

We will then head towards a second Touraine wine estate, and delve deeper into understanding the wines of the region. There, you will get to taste another selection of local wines, paired with a cheese board.

Throughout the transfers between locations, you'll have the opportunity to admire the beautiful Loire landscapes through the windows of our comfortable chauffeured Mercedes minivan.

At around 6:00 pm, your guide will return you to Tours or Amboise.
