Experience a special day discovering the world of bees in the green heart of the Marche region.
We'll start with a walk through our fields until we reach the apiary, where you'll discover the secrets of organic beekeeping. You'll wear a beekeeper's suit and be able to observe the fascinating work of bees up close, in total safety: the organisation of the hive, the communication dance, and the collection of nectar.
You will discover how essential they are for the environment and for our survival. You will learn to recognise the different types of honey, the role of wildflowers, and the positive impact of permanent beekeeping on biodiversity.
After the visit, a guided food tasting of rare and selected monofloral honeys awaits you: linden, coriander, alfalfa, acacia, and chestnut. You'll also taste bread made with our stone-ground flour, for a complete sensory experience.
Each honey encapsulates a landscape, a time, a scent. It tells the storey of a land that is still authentic, made up of silence, nature and work.
The activity takes place outdoors, in an unspoiled natural setting, ideal for couples, families, slow travellers, and food lovers.
We are in Fabriano (AN), in a small hamlet along the Cammino dei Cappuccini: a place suspended in time that will surprise you.
