Activity itinerary

Make then eat 9 Brazilian favourite recipes including unlimited caipirinhas! Have fun with a Salvador native while you explore Brazilian food culture! Our cooking class participants have a blast at a Brazilian kitchen, with our vivacious French-Brazilian chef Nicolas that will enlighten them about Brazilian food, culture and customs. We will make several starters all while holding a caipirinha (the fun way to cook!). Then you will make our main dish, then eat! To finish this lively, hand-on, cultural experience we will finish with either the signature "Brigadeiro" fudge dessert or with an Amazonian fruit liquor, to conclude and celebrate our meal together. Optional tour: 1-hour market tour before the class to explore Brazilian fruits and food products.
