Loch Tulla Viewpoint

In this beautiful viewpoint, you can take in all that the Highlands have to offer in a single place: moutains, lochs and forests.

Rannoch Moor

Scenic drive through the dramatic scenery of the largest bog expanse in the United Kingdom. Many film and TV shows have been shot here, taking advantage of the stark landscape.

The Three Sisters

We will stop over at the Three Sisters of Glencoe, an iconinc mountain viewpoint, and the most photographed place in Scotland. Here, you will be able to enjoy the awe-inspiring scenery and relieve some historic episodes of the MacDonald Clan.

Glenfinnan Viaduct

A 30 min drive takes us to our main attraction. Embrace the magical setting of this world-famous Harry Potter film location and witness the ‘Hogwarts Express’ steam train crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct. It is our aim to arrive by 12:20pm, the Jacobite train can be best seen form the hill beyond the viaduct, it is a 25 min walk, with the train expected between 1:10 and 1:30pm (the train only runs from early April to late October).

Mallaig

We will then take you to the fishing village of Mallaig where we will get the ferry across to the Isle of Skye.

Fairy Pools

Our first stop in Skye is also one of its most popular visitor destinations. The Fairy Pools are beautiful crystal-clear blue pools on the Allt Coire a' Mhadaidh (Burn of the Dog), which can be seen snaking down the hillside of Coire na Creiche into Glen Brittle where it becomes the River Brittle. You can hike the pools – and maybe even go for a swim if you’re brave enough!

Sligachan Old Bridge

Our final stop of the day before we take you to your accommodation will stop at this legendary site, where you can dip you face in the waters below Sligachan Old Bridge to gain eternal beauty from the faeries!

The Old Man of Storr

Heading North of Portree your journey will take you to the Old Man of Storr, the recognised iconic ridge in Skye, where you can do the hike over to the stone formation. You may recognise it from the opening sequence in the film ‘Prometheus’.

Lealt Falls

The next stop is at the impressive Lealt Waterfalls.

Kilt Rock

A short distance away, we will take you to the Kilt Rock and Mealt Falls viewpoint.

An Corran Beach

The next stop is the An Corran beach in Staffin, best visited at low tide to find the recently discovered Megasaurus dinosaur footprints!

Quiraing

Moving on, we will take you to the Quiraing - another amazing vantage point for stunning photos.

Fairy Glen

Our final destination in Skye will be to the famous photogenic Fairy Glen.

Clava Cairns

Clava Cairns are neolithic burial cairns 4000 years old, surrounded by stone circles. These stone circles were the inspiration for ‘Craigh Na Dun’ in the TV hit series ‘Outlander’.

Culloden Battlefield

The battlefield where Bonnie Prince Charlie was finally defeated and marked the end of the Jacobite hopes. Optional entry to the visitor centre (extra admission).

Pitlochry

One of the most famous Scottish small towns, Pitlochry still retains a lot of its Victorian character, and has a plethora of boutique cafes, restaurants and independent shops to explore.

Bankfoot
