Horrible Experience, NOT as advertised

While the property was in a great location and new / nice build the unit was not as advertised. We arrived to find the garage door not operational and therefore un-usable. The garbage cans were full of previous guests garbage with not a single garbage bag in the unit; we had to purchase new bags and take out the garbage. Not a single towel to be found in any of the bathrooms (including bath, hand and face cloths), we later found them all dirty in the washing machine. One of the beds had dirty / used sheets and the other bed had no bedding at all. Food left in fridge, no hand soap, and on and on. Went up to rooftop patio to find the hose was left running and completely flooded patio and hot tub with algae. The host initially responded and said they'd send someone over to address issues / change bedding. Then completely ghosted us and blocked our cell number to avoid future contact. Absolutely worst VRBO experience we have ever had.
