We are proud and excited to reintroduce our beautiful and newly built 1-story home located in a gated and secure community at Makaha Valley that provides both ocean and mountain views. This tranquil home is only 5 minutes away from the famous Makaha Beach, where world-class surfing takes place.

The owners spared no expense to upgrade the enormous backyard for your entertainment for both day and night. The newly landscaped yard has a 16x16 ft, 3-ft high deck, a 7-person hot tub and a gazebo with a 6-sitter dining table. It has become a lush oasis, perfect for relaxation and fun. The elevated deck provides a 270-degree view of the valley and ocean. Watch the sun set behind the beautiful, majestic mountain right in front of you. It will take your breath away.

Enjoy an afternoon BBQ under the gazebo, or simply have a morning or evening meal outdoors. Tired from the long day at one of the many beaches on the West Side or touring the island? Jump into the soothing waters of the new jacuzzi with fountains for a perfect and relaxing evening. Take pleasure watching the light effects surrounding the whole private yard and complete your experience by using the provided Bluetooth wireless boom box speaker to either just relax or dance the night away. Or, you can turn off the lights and simply gaze at the stars while feeling the warmth of the fire pit.

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.
