VERY comfortable suite with well equipped spotless full kitchen, excellent bed. The Lobby is a lovely early 1900’s era space with complimentary morning coffee. Good parking on site. Pub with darts and pool table in basement.

I stayed for three nights. The area is central but not busy. Walking distance to downtown. Great pub and restaurant attached. All of the staff members I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but fine for one person. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size. I would definitely stay again.

I like boutique hotels and I enjoy the older furniture and designs but generally the boutique hotels are nicely fitted an upgraded for comfort. I stayed away n this hotel in winter and one would expect the heat system be set to a comfortable level. The first night the temperature was so hot that I had to wake up and open the windows since there is no control in the room. The second night was so cold that I shivered most of the night and had a headache in the morning. This is not cool and reasonable for a hotel with these reviews

The decor and ambiance reflect a distinct retro-Victorian style. The warmth in our room was generated by a traditional hot water system. It proved to be quite effective. Pleasant art displayed in the entrance hall. The employees are extremely supportive. The restaurant and bar are excellent facilities.
